I had to pull ubuntu off my laptop after a few months. Was fun, and I got some fun comments on it. But I have just way too many programs that didn’t run, or didn’t run right.
I still run ubuntu on a spare machine at home..but can’t on my laptop anymore.
I spose I could dual boot..or run a virtual machine program..but too much of a pain.
Windows is just easier for this…and it’s free (for me) and a lot more stable then it used to be.
Oh well..Linux is still cool

Windows and mac are both based on unix. Windows just tries hard to hide this, and mac falls back on ‘nu-uh, it’s BSD!’. Regardless, linux based OS are the only real ones anyway.

I once saw a hoax fro xp/vista [it basically scaned for viruses that didnt exist and told you you have 45 critical viruses[ so the mac user says OMG, i have a virus…
